About the Facilitators
Lisa Curtin|Sr. Director, HR & Compliance Services
Lisa has been a part of the ManagEase team since 2005. As a Senior Director, she is a valued member of upper management. An expert in her field, Lisa obtained her HR skills with a combination of education and experience working in law firms. Lisa’s credentials include a B.S. in Business Management, with an emphasis in Human Resources, and accreditation as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). During her tenure, Lisa has helped clients both in the field and through the Compliance Department with a positive attitude, insightful guidance and a calm demeanor. Lisa now leads the Compliance Department, an integral component of our firm. Clients trust that Lisa can provide them with expert HR services and a smile.
Laurel Dimock|Director, HR & Compliance Services
With nearly 20 years of HR experience, Laurel joined the ManagEase team as a Director of HR and Compliance Services. Laurel’s strong acumen for collaborating with people on all levels, combined with her expertise in employment law, makes her a resourceful partner for our clients. Further, she is able to apply her multi-industry experience to effectively meet a variety of strategic goals. Laurel holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Montana State University, which allows her to tackle HR and employment issues from a business perspective. She is calm, considerate and an excellent listener.
